Tidewater Beach Homes began with one family villa and a simple frustration: beautiful rentals let down by careless management. Sticky floors, mystery check-ins, nobody to call when the Wi-Fi died.

A decade later we care for a tight collection of coastal homes to a single standard — spotless, honest, and backed by a local concierge who answers within the hour. We'd rather run three exceptional villas than thirty average ones, and every home here is one we'd happily lend to our own family.
