What we collect

When you send an enquiry, request a booking, or join our newsletter, we collect the details you provide — your name, email address, phone number, travel dates, and anything you tell us about your stay. We also receive basic technical data (device type, pages visited) that helps us keep the site fast and useful.

How we use it

Your details are used to answer enquiries, confirm availability, prepare your stay, and — only with your consent — send occasional deals and seasonal news. We never sell your information, and we never share it with third parties except the service providers strictly needed to run your booking (such as payment processing, once connected).

Newsletters

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. Joining the newsletter is always optional and never a condition of booking.

Your rights

You may ask at any time what data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Write to stay@tidewaterbeachhomes.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Data retention

Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months so returning guests don't have to repeat themselves; booking records are kept as required for tax and accounting. Newsletter contacts are removed promptly on unsubscribe.
